Trend Digital Media is a growing marketing agency specializing in creative digital strategies for brands across various industries. We help businesses build strong online presence through content creation, social media management, paid campaigns, and performance marketing.

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ramallah and take the lead in developing and managing clients’ marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly marketing and content plans for clients, aligned with their brand and business goals.

Coordinate with design, media, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and optimization recommendations.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

Create engaging and creative content in both English and Arabic that drives interaction and brand awareness.

Propose new campaign ideas and digital initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer support, creative) to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Good knowledge of online advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must be based in Ramallah (on-site work at the company office in Al Balou’).

Age 22+, with solid, proven marketing experience.
