Job Description

يعلن محمص زعتر وهيل عن حاجته لتعيين موظفة للعمل في قسم الهدايا والمبيعات على أن تكون لديها مهارات في السوشيال ميديا.

المهام المطلوبة:

• لف وتزيين الهدايا باحترافية.

• خدمة الزبائن والتعامل بلباقة داخل المحل.

• ترتيب الرفوف ومنطقة العرض.

• المساهمة في عمليات البيع.

• إنشاء محتوى للمحمص (صور/فيديوهات قصيرة) ونشره على السوشيال ميديا.

• الرد على رسائل العملاء عبر منصات التواصل.

الشروط المطلوبة:

• خبرة في لفّ الهدايا (يُفضّل).

• مهارة عالية في التعامل مع الزبائن.

• معرفة جيدة بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وطريقة إعداد محتوى مناسب.

• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.

• العمل بروح الفريق.

• يفضل من سكان رام الله / البيرة

مكان العمل: رام الله/ البيرة

الدوام: دوام كامل
