نبحث عن مدير مطعم ذو خبرة عالية لتولي إدارة مطعمنا بشكل كامل، والارتقاء بالأداء التشغيلي والإداري لجميع الأقسام.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

الإشراف الكامل على فريق العمل (مطبخ – نظافة – كاش – مخزن).

متابعة جودة الطعام والخدمة وضمان رضا العملاء

إدارة جداول المناوبات للموظفين ومتابعة الانضباط

مراقبة المشتريات والمخزون والمواد التشغيلية يوميًا

ضبط التكاليف ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية

إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية للإدارة

ضمان تطبيق المعايير الصحية للمطعم والسلامة المهنية

المتطلبات:

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المطاعم لا تقل عن 3 سنوات

شخصية قيادية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات

مهارات عالية في تنظيم العمل وحلّ المشكلات

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
