موظفة مبيعات في معرض للمواد التجميلية
نبحث عن شخصية لبقة، إيجابية، وتمتلك مهارة التعامل مع العملاء، وقادرة على تقديم تجربة شراء مميزة داخل المتجر.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- استقبال الزبائن داخل المتجر والترحيب بهم بطريقة مهنية.
- فهم احتياجات العملاء ومساعدتهم في اختيار المنتجات المناسبة.
-تقديم تجربة بيع مميزة داخل المتجر للزبائن بطريقة احترافية فهم احتياجاتهم واقتراح المنتجات المناسبة لهم.
- شرح خصائص وفوائد منتجات التجميل والعناية بالبشرة بطريقة مبسطة وواضحة.
- إجراء عمليات البيع الفوترة والدفع عبر الأنظمة المعتمدة.
- ترتيب وتنظيم المنتجات داخل المتجر وضمان جاهزية العرض.
- متابعة المخزون والإبلاغ عن النواقص أو الاحتياجات للمدير المباشر.
- المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب واجهة العرض والمساحات الداخلية.
- التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بطريقة فعّالة لضمان رضاهم.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة عملية في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء (يفضّل في قطاع التجميل أو العناية بالبشرة).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على الإقناع.
- القدرة على التعلّم السريع ومعرفة المنتجات.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والالتزام بالمواعيد.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع تعد ميزة إضافية.
