شركة مطاعم بحري وشركة رايز للخدمات السياحية والترفيهية
الوصف الوظيفي:
ترحب وتسعى شركة رايز للخدمات الترفيهية ومطاعم بحري لضم أفراد وموظفين جدد ضمن فريقها، لذلك تعلن شركتنا عن توفر شاغر "محاسب/ة".
المسؤول المباشر: المدير المالي
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• متابعة تقارير المبيعات والأخطاء والمشاكل المرافقة لنقاط البيع والعمل على حلها مع الاقسام المعنية.
• ادخال البيانات والعمليات المحاسبية على النظام.
• متابعة حسابات البنوك والشيكات الصادرة.
• مطابقة حسابات الموردين وحسابات الموظفين.
• متابعة دوريه لحسابات الذمم المدينة والتأكد من تسديد الذمم وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
• مطابقة الصناديق النقدية بشكل يومي.
• متابعة الصناديق النثرية بشكل مستمر.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
• الحصول على شهادة جامعية (بكالوريوس) بتخصص محاسبة.
• امتلاك خبرة مبدئية في مجال المحاسبة.
• اجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج مايكروسوفت والايميل.
• معرفة جيده ببرنامج اكسل.
• يمتلك/ت مهارات الاتصال والتواصل.
• المهنية واللباقة في العمل.
• قابلية تعلم المهارات الجديدة.
الخبرات التالية تعد ميزات إضافية:
• استخدام برنامج بيسان
مكان السكن: رام الله والبيرة
