وظيفة مدير منجرة - شركة النزيه للتجارة والإستثمار
تعلن شركة النزيه للتجارة والاستثمار عن فتح باب الترشح لمنصب
(مدير عام - قسم المنجرة)، للبحث عن قائد يتمتع بالرؤية والخبرة لإدارة صرحنا الصناعي والارتقاء به إلى آفاق جديدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات القيادية:
الإشراف الشامل: قيادة وتوجيه الكوادر الفنية والعمال في المنجرة لضمان سير العمل بمرونة.
إدارة الإنتاج: متابعة خطط التصنيع من المادة الخام وحتى المنتج النهائي.
الرقابة المالية: الإتقان التام للبرامج المحاسبية وإدارة الميزانيات والتدفقات المالية للقسم.
ضبط الجودة: التأكد من أن كل قطعة تخرج من مصنعنا تحمل شعار "النزيه" في الدقة والتميز.
تطوير المبيعات: الإشراف على حركة المبيعات وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مع العملاء.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
خبرة قيادية سابقة في إدارة المصانع أو المناجر الكبرى.
احترافية عالية في التعامل مع الأنظمة المحاسبية والإدارية.
شخصية قيادية، حازمة، وتتمتع بمهارات تواصل استثنائية.
القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وتحقيق الأهداف الإنتاجية والبيعية.
