تعلن شركة ماستر بيس – Made for Makers المتخصصة في مستلزمات الأشغال اليدوية ومنتجات التغليف عن حاجتها إلى:
موظفة مبيعات ومتابعة زبائن
رام الله – المصايف دوام كامل
المهام:
التواصل مع العملاء عبر الهاتف، واتساب، ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
الرد على الاستفسارات باحترافية وتقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات.
استقبال الزبائن داخل المعرض ومساعدتهم في اختيار المنتجات المناسبة.
توثيق ملاحظات العملاء والمساهمة في تحسين الخدمة.
الحفاظ على ترتيب وجاهزية المعرض.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء.
بكالوريوس تسويق، إدارة أعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
مهارات تواصل وإقناع عالية وشخصية مبادرة وقيادية.
إجادة استخدام السوشال ميديا وMicrosoft Office.
من سكان رام الله والبيرة.
