مطلوب مدير عملي
نعلن عن حاجتنا إلى مدير/ة عمليات (ليس مدير مكتب) لإدارة مشروع متكامل يضم: مخبز، سوبرماركت، محل شاورما، كوفي شوب، محل كريب ووافل.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
إدارة تشغيل يومي لجميع الفروع وضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة الغذائية.
تخطيط وتنفيذ جداول العمل وإدارة فرق الموظفين وتدريبهم.
متابعة المخزون والمشتريات والحد من الهدر.
مراقبة التكلفة والميزانيات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والربحية.
تحسين إجراءات العمل وتجربة العميل وتطبيق سياسات خدمة موحدة.
التنسيق مع الموردين وصيانة المعدات وحل المشكلات التشغيلية العاجلة.
إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة عن الأداء والمؤشرات التشغيلية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة سابقة في إدارة عمليات مطاعم أو سلاسل تجزئة (يفضل 3 سنوات فأكثر).
معرفة بإدارة المخزون، التكاليف، وجدولة العاملين.
مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
معرفة بأساسيات السلامة والصحة الغذائية.
قدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وتنقل بين المواق
