Sales, Biological Engineer Full Time-Ramallah and Al-Bireh

ACT Medical Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Biomedical Engineer (Female preferred) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in medical equipment tenders, procurement processes, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing and preparing technical and financial tender documents.

Reviewing tender specifications and preparing compliance matrices.

Managing procurement and supply chain processes.

Coordinating with international suppliers and manufacturers.

Preparing technical comparisons between brands and medical devices.

Following up on purchase orders and delivery timelines.

Supporting registration and documentation processes.

Handling official correspondence and internal reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Previous experience in medical equipment field is preferred.

Strong knowledge of tender analysis and compliance preparation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

نبحث عن شخصية دقيقة ومنظمة، لديها القدرة على تحليل العطاءات، إعداد ملفات المطابقة الفنية، وإدارة عمليات التوريد والتواصل مع المؤسسات والمستشفيات.

المهام الوظيفية:
تحليل وإعداد العطاءات الفنية والمالية.
مراجعة المواصفات الفنية وإعداد جداول المطابقة (Compliance Sheets).
إدارة عمليات التوريد ومتابعة أوامر الشراء.
التنسيق مع الموردين والشركات العالمية.
إعداد مقارنات فنية بين الأجهزة والعلامات التجارية المختلفة.
متابعة جداول التسليم وضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
تجهيز التقارير والمراسلات الرسمية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال الأجهزة الطبية.
معرفة جيدة بإجراءات العطاءات وتحليل المواصفات.
إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسوب وخاصة Excel وWord.
مهارات تنظيم عالية والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
