مسؤولة تطوير أعمال ومبيعات (Business Development & Sales Executive)
المهام الرئيسية:
• البحث عن عملاء محتملين وبناء قاعدة بيانات نشطة
• التواصل وترتيب الاجتماعات التعريفية
• تقديم عرض الشركة وخدماتها باحترافية
• فهم احتياجات العملاء وتحليلها
• إعداد عروض الأسعار بالتنسيق مع الإدارة
• التفاوض وإغلاق العقود
• متابعة العملاء بعد التوقيع وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد
• تحقيق أهداف مبيعات شهرية
المتطلبات:
• شخصية قوية وواثقة في الحوار
• مهارات تفاوض وإقناع ممتازة
• قدرة على العمل وفق أهداف واضحة
• مهارات تواصل عالية (هاتفيًا ووجاهيًا)
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال
• معرفة أساسية بمجال التسويق ميزة إضافية
