تعلن شركة معمار / رام الله عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس مدني – موقع للانضمام إلى فريق العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• الإشراف الكامل على تنفيذ الأعمال في الموقع ومتابعة سير المشروع حسب المخططات والمواصفات.
• إدارة العمال والمقاولين من الباطن وضبط جودة التنفيذ.
• التنسيق مع الاستشاري والمالك وحضور الاجتماعات الفنية.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية وحصر الكميات.
• المساهمة في أعمال المشتريات (طلبات المواد، مقارنة الأسعار، متابعة التوريد).
• دعم قسم المبيعات عند الحاجة والتواصل مع العملاء.
المتطلبات:
• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الإشراف على المشاريع.
• شخصية قيادية، لبق في التعامل، وقادر على التواصل الفعّال مع العمال والعملاء.
• قدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل واتخاذ القرار.
• مهارة في التفاوض والمتابعة.
• إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية ذات الصلة.
الراتب ابتداء من 3500 شيكل (قابل للزيادة واعادة التقيم حسب الكفاءة).
