موظف مبيعات Cash Van
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
التعرف الكامل على جميع منتجات الشركة والمعلومات المتعلقة بها وأشكال الصناديق وسعتها.
تنفيذ جولات البيع اليومية وفق خطة التوزيع المعتمدة.
ترتيب المنتجات داخل السيارة بشكل منظم حسب الأصناف وتواريخ الصلاحية، والقيام بعملية الجرد اليومي.
ترتيب المنتجات داخل ثلاجات الزبائن، مراجعة تواريخ الصلاحية، وتسجيل النواقص وطلبات الزبائن.
بناء علاقات مهنية إيجابية مع الزبائن والمحافظة على مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء.
الالتزام بالمهنية والأخلاق في التعامل مع الزبائن والزملاء.
المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب السيارة بشكل يومي.
الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة.
تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المسؤول المباشر وفقًا لحاجة العمل.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
شهادة بكالوريوس (يفضل في مجال ذي صلة).
رخصة قيادة شحن سارية المفعول (شرط أساسي) لا يقل تاريخ إصدارها عن سنتين.
القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والجهد البدني.
مهارات جيدة في البيع والتواصل والتنظيم والعمل ضمن فريق.
خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو التوزيع تُعد ميزة إضافية.
معرفة جيدة بالمنطقة الجغرافية المراد التقديم لها ( الشمال).
