المهام الوظيفية:
• استقبال طلبات الصيانة عبر الهاتف والإيميل.
• تجهيز عروض الأسعار الخاصة بالصيانة.
• التنسيق مع فريق العمل والزبائن.
• ترتيب مواعيد الصيانة وبرنامج العمل اليومي.
• التنسيق مع المخازن لتوفير قطع الغيار اللازمة.
• كتابة تقارير الصيانة ومتابعة إغلاق الطلبات.
• إرسال المطالبات المالية الخاصة بأعمال الصيانة.
• متابعة سير طلبات الصيانة من لحظة الاستلام حتى الإنجاز والتحصيل.
المتطلبات:
• خريجة بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيك أو ميكاترونكس أو كهرباء أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• من سكان مدينة رام الله أو البيرة.
• مهارة جيدة في استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وخاصة Word وExcel.
• القدرة على التعامل مع الزبائن بأسلوب مهني ولبق.
• مهارة في التنسيق وإدارة المواعيد والأولويات.
• القدرة على إدارة ومتابعة فريق العمل.
• سرعة التعلم وفهم المنتجات وأجزائها الميكانيكية والكهربائية وقطع الصيانة الخاصة بها.
• معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومتابعة عدة ملفات في نفس الوقت.
• الدقة في إعداد التقارير وعروض الأسعار والمطالبات المالية.
• الالتزام، المسؤولية، وروح العمل ضمن الفريق.
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال مشابه ملاحظة مهمة
