IT, UI / UX Designer Full Time-Hebron

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX to design and enhance user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces.

*Key Responsibilities*
Design and implement user-friendly interfaces that provide seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
Ensure design consistency and brand identity adherence across all digital products.
Perform usability testing, analyze results, and optimize designs based on user feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

*Requirements*
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and usability principles.
Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and devices.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
