تعلن شركة كراون سيستم عن توفر شاغر لوظيفة مساعدة إدارية للعمل ضمن قسم المحاسبة.
المهام الرئيسية:
إدخال البيانات والقيود المحاسبية ومتابعة تحديثها على الأنظمة المعتمدة.
تنظيم وأرشفة الملفات والسجلات المالية بشكل دقيق.
متابعة المراسلات والتقارير الخاصة بقسم المحاسبة.
المساعدة في تجهيز التقارير المالية والبيانات المطلوبة .
التنسيق والمتابعة مع الأقسام المختلفة بخصوص المعاملات المالية والإدارية.
تنفيذ المهام الإدارية الداعمة لعمل قسم المحاسبة حسب توجيهات الإدارة.
المتطلبات:
شهادة جامعية في المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءةً وكتابةً.
مهارات تنظيم عالية والقدرة على المتابعة والعمل ضمن فريق.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في الأعمال الإدارية أو المحاسبية.
مكان العمل: الخليل – بئر حرم الرامة.
