- شهادة جامعية في إدارة الاعمال او تخصص ذو صلة.
- خبرة ومعرفة بمهام السكرتاريا والإدارة التنفيذية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
-القدرة على تنفيذ سياسات الشركة .
- القدرة على التواصل والتنسيق مع جميع الأقسام .
- المعرفة والالمام بإدارة وأرشفة الوثائق والمستندات .
- تنظيم جدول المواعيد اليومية .
- القدرة على اعداد التقارير والمراسلات .
-القدرة على إدارة الاجتماعات .
-الخبرة والمعرفة والالمام بالموارد البشرية
-القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
- اتقان جميع برامج Microsoft Office (Word ,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
