مطلوب مدير/ة تسويق
المهام الوظيفية:
• إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات التسويقية
• إدارة الحملات الإعلانية الرقمية ومتابعة نتائجها
• الإشراف على المحتوى التسويقي والتصميم
• صناعة محتوى + واجهة إعلانية
• تطوير الهوية التسويقية وتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية
المؤهلات العلمية:
• شهادة جامعية في تخصص التسويق أو ما يعادله، مع إلمام قوي بمفاهيم واستراتيجيات التسويق
• شهادة في التسويق الرقمي (Digital Marketing)
الخبرات المطلوبة:
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركة تسويق وإعلان
أو
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدير/ة تسويق في شركة
المهارات المطلوبة:
• خبرة في التصميم الإلكتروني (مثل برامج التصميم والمحتوى البصري)
• القدرة على استخدام أدوات وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل التسويقي
• القدرة على صناعة المحتوى
• مهارات تحليلية وتخطيطية عالية
• القدرة على إدارة الحملات التسويقية وقياس أدائها
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل ضمن فريق
