مطلوب موظفات تسويق هاتفي تليماركت.. وموظفة تسويق الكتروني
إجراء المكالمات الصادرة (Outbound): الاتصال بقوائم العملاء المحتملين لتعريفهم بالمنتجات أو الخدمات.
استقبال المكالمات الواردة (Inbound): الرد على استفسارات العملاء الذين لديهم اهتمام مسبق ومحاولة إتمام البيع.
شرح العروض والمميزات: تقديم شرح وافٍ للمنتج بطريقة جذابة ومختصرة تتناسب مع وقت العميل.
إدارة الاعتراضات: التعامل بذكاء ولباقة مع رفض العميل وتحويل "لا" إلى "ربما" أو "نعم".
تحديث قاعدة البيانات: تسجيل نتائج المكالمات بدقة على نظام (CRM) لمتابعة حالة كل عميل.
2. مهام موظفة التسويق الإلكتروني (Digital Marketing)
إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي: جدولة المنشورات، الرد على التعليقات، وتفاعل مع الجمهور على (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
إنشاء المحتوى: كتابة النصوص الإعلانية (Copywriting) واختيار الصور أو الفيديوهات المناسبة التي تجذب الانتباه.
إدارة الحملات الإعلانية الممولة: إعداد ومراقبة الإعلانات على Google Ads أو Meta Ads لضمان الوصول للفئة المستهدفة بأقل تكلفة.
تحليل النتائج والتقارير: مراقبة أداء الحملات باستخدام أدوات التحليل، وتقديم تقارير دورية توضح (عدد النقرات، نسبة الشراء، ومدى التفاعل).
