* مجال العمل:
توريد وتنفيذ الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية (MEP) للمشاريع، وتشمل:
أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية
مضخات المياه وأنظمة الضخ
أنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC)
المواد الكهربائية وتمديدات السباكة
المهام الوظيفية:
البحث عن عملاء جدد (شركات، مقاولين، مهندسين، مشاريع) وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء
زيارة المواقع والمشاريع وعرض منتجات وخدمات الشركة بشكل مباشر
إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والمالية .
متابعة العملاء الحاليين وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد معهم
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية
متابعة المناقصات والمشاريع الجديدة في السوق
التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات والهندسة لضمان تلبية طلبات العملاء
تحصيل الدفعات المالية من العملاء حسب الاتفاقيات
إعداد تقارير دورية عن حركة السوق والمنافسين
تمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي في الاجتماعات والمعارض إن وجدت
المتطلبات:
شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة (كهرباء، ميكانيك، طاقة) أو تخصص ذو صلة
خبرة لا تقل عن 1–2 سنوات في مجال المبيعات.
معرفة جيدة في أحد المجالات التالية:
(الطاقة الشمسية، المضخات، التكييف، المواد الكهربائية أو السباكة)
مهارات تواصل وإقناع عالية وقدرة على التفاوض
القدرة على العمل الميداني وزيارة المشاريع بشكل مستمر
امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية (مهم جداً)
القدرة على إعداد عروض الأسعار والتعامل مع برامج الكمبيوتر (مثل Excel و Word)
تحمل ضغط العمل وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية
يفضل وجود شبكة علاقات مع مقاولين أو مكاتب هندسية
مهارات بيع وتواصل قوية
الجدية والالتزام
