وصف الوظيفة:
مسؤولة عن إعداد وتقديم مختلف أنواع القهوة والمشروبات الساخنة والباردة بجودة عالية، والمساهمة في تقديم تجربة استثنائية للزبائن بما يعكس هوية وتميّز علامة عنبتاوي.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• تحضير القهوة (إسبريسو، كابتشينو، لاتيه، وغيرها) باحترافية
• إعداد المشروبات الباردة والعصائر حسب معايير الكافيه
• استقبال الزبائن وخدمتهم بأسلوب لبق واحترافي
• التعامل مع الطلبات وتنظيمها وتسليمها بدقة
• الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية
• المساهمة في تعزيز المبيعات من خلال التوصية بالمنتجات
• العمل بروح الفريق والتعاون مع باقي الموظفين
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
• خبرة سابقة في مجال الباريستا
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وحسن التعامل مع الزبائن
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن فريق
• الالتزام والانضباط في مواعيد العمل
• يفضل من سكان رام الله أو المناطق القريبة
