مهندس معماري / مصمم داخلي
تُعلن مجموعة بلال مصلح/ تفاصيل عن وظيفة مهندس معماري أو مصمم داخلي يمتلك خبرة عالية في التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد (3D)، ورسم المخططات الهندسية والمعمارية، للانضمام إلى فريق تطوير الانتاج والعمل على مشاريع احترافية متقدمة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
شهادة جامعية في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي.
خبرة مثبتة في التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد باستخدام برامج مثل:
3ds Max، SketchUp، Revit،
إجادة التصيير الواقعي باستخدام V-Rayأو ما شابه.
قدرة على رسم المخططات الهندسية والمعمارية بدقة.
إجادة برامج الأوتوكاد AutoCAD.
المهام الأساسية:
إعداد نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد واقعية لمنتجات والمشاريع .
رسم وتطوير المخططات التنفيذية والمعمارية حسب متطلبات العمل.
إنتاج عروض مرئية احترافية للتصاميم.
التنسيق مع قسم الإنتاج لضمان دقة التنفيذ.
دعم عمليات التطوير الفني والتصميمي المستمر.
