تعلن مدرسة المدينة لتعليم السياقة عن حاجتها لتعيين:
موظفة مالية وإدارية
ضمن بيئة عمل مهنية ومحفزة تسعى للتميز والتطوير المستمر.
المهام الوظيفية:
• إدارة الأمور المالية اليومية (قبض، صرف، أرشفة فواتير).
• متابعة الحسابات وتنظيم السجلات المالية.
• إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية.
• تنظيم الملفات الإدارية وأرشفة البيانات.
• متابعة شؤون الطلبة وتنظيم المواعيد.
• التنسيق مع الإدارة لتنظيم سير العمل.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
• شهادة بكالوريوس محاسبة أو إدارة أعمال أو تخصص ذو علاقة.
• خبرة سابقة في المجال المالي أو الإداري (يفضل).
• إتقان استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office خاصة Excel.
• شخصية منظمة، دقيقة، وقادرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
• مهارات تواصل عالية وحسن التعامل.
