Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support the installation and maintenance of our systems (CCTV, fire alarms, sound systems, and access control). You will work closely with clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for CCTV, fire alarm, sound, and access control systems via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues related to security and audio systems.
Assist in system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot complex problems.
Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
Train clients and staff on system operation and maintenance.
Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience:
2+ years in technical support, preferably in CCTV, fire alarms, access control, or sound systems.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of IP networks, cabling, and system integration.
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and software (e.g., VMS, ACS software).
